Removal of Spider Veins

This specific Laser (ND:YAG 1064) is ideal for treating vascular lesions, such as spider veins, whether blue or red, small facial haemangiomas and small spider body haemangiomas.

ND:YAG 1064 Laser is capable of causing thrombosis to  red or blue vessels, at any area of the body, provided their diameter is under 3-3.5mm.

If there is not any more serious, underlying vascular lesion, the occlusion caused to the specific vessels is permanent.

Treatment is well-tolerated (a sensation of a tiny prick), since the skin is externally cooled through the use of cold air.

One session is usually sufficient.

Sometimes a second session may be necessary a month later to achieve the desirable aesthetic result.
